Welcome to our page! We are a boys U-19 team playing in the first division in the Washington State Youth League (WSYL). Our association is Highline, and we are actually a U-18 team playing "up" for better competition. This is a group of boys who just love playing soccer, and a core of them have been playing together for many years. Our coach is Jeff Vert, who coached the core when they were very young, and now coaches them again in their final year. The boys come from all over the area - Burien, Federal Way, Seattle, Renton, Sea-Tac, Tukwila, and Duvall. Most of them are seniors, but a couple are juniors, which means they are playing two years "up". The better competition has really helped the skill level of this team. Some of the players will go on to play college soccer, but undoubtedly the rest will continue to play somewhere for many years to come. Soccer is a great sport!
The season is almost finished, and we're currently in fourth place. We will go on to play in the State tournament that starts in January, and continues through March. The winner goes on to the Regionals in June, and the second-place team may also go on to regionals as a wild card.
